Enjoy a bespoke playlist of the finest music selected by resident DJ come cook Jackson Baird. We will be serving this lamb feast on elegant antique tableware. Please bring your own wine, we do not charge corkage.
Aperatif: Campari Vodka Cocktails
Canapes: Quails egg tartlets, smoked salmon and caper blinis, teriyaki beef on a stick.
Starter:
Smoked haddock mousse with sourdough melba toast and butter or for vegetarians; beetroot purée with goats cheese also served with the above.
Main:
Local organic slow roast shoulder of lamb with garlic and shallots.
For vegetarians; Garlic and shallot stuffed portobello mushrooms with grilled haloumi.
Served with:
Tzatziki, tabbouleh primavera (with chickpeas), baked asparagus and pan fried red peppers.
Persimmon cleanser
Dessert:
Gooseberry and elderflower fool with homemade rosemary shortbread biscuits.
Coffee or fresh mint tea with Belgian chocolate truffles.
