We are having a seven-course Chinese feast at our flat, hosted by our Chinese/American chef Grace of the Graceful Kitchen.
We can have up to seven guests. and we would like a contribution of £25 . We will use seasonal organic greens as much as possible.

Appetizer
Honey walnuts with dried fish
This is a little spicy with tiny dried fish, fried until crispy; then crystal sugar and walnuts added for a complex taste.
Thirteen spice shin of beef
The beef is marinated and slow cooked so it is tender, juicy and full of flavor.
Steamed tofu with pickled olive
Bite-sized stuffed with ground pork and Cantonese pickled olives, which give it a unique flavor.
Main Course
Marinated Turkey
This is spiced with cumin and coriander and marinated in white wine.
Seafood soup
Crab leg meat, squid, whitefish, large prawns with homemade fish stock - this a very fulfilling concoction, particularly on cold winter nights.
Daikon and carrot salad
lightly dressed with sesame oil and cilantro.
Dessert
Pumpkin-chocolate Tiramisu
