Paul & Francesca would like to welcome you to their very first secret supper at their home in rural West Sussex on May 4th 2012.
Our dining room overlooks the garden and enjoys far reaching views over fields so if you want to escape the town for a few hours why don't you join us for an evening of fun, frivolity and fabulous food!
We are not professional cooks but enjoy cooking and experimenting with food and sharing our hospitality with like minded people. We use fresh local sourced ingredients and we only use free range meat from our local butcher in West Chiltington.
Our menu for May 4th
On arrival
Sparkling Kir Royale and olives on ice
Starter
Honey roast ham wrapped around fresh asparagus and creak on a bed of rocket wih sweet chilli dip
Main Course
Succulent free range chicken breast stuffed with garlic cheese smothered in cream and musroom sauce. Served with tiny crunchy roast potaoes, sauteed leeks and baby carrots.
Dessert
Chololate mousse with a hint of mint followed by
Coffee and Cantucinni bisuits.
Apart from the free drink on arrival we will provide water at the table. Feel free to bring your own wine.....we will not charge for corkage.
