This is the launch of my new Pop Up Restaurant which will be at The Place cocktail bar in Stoke Newington. There will be entertainment and djs as well as a tropical theme through the night.
These three dishes are one hell of a combination and is a very rare treat to find anywhere. Bringing delicate seafood together with fruits I think is heaven. Expect many more dishes like these to be falling out my scrap book.

-Frutos Del Arrecife-
Thin fillets of red snapper prepared with my secret ceviche recipe then topped with sea urchin roe and dressed with shave papaya an truffle oil
-Lobster Calypso-
Lobster with my special center filling of fruits and herbs served sweet spiced mash pumpkin and super sauce
-Bajan Delight-
Fluffy deep fried pumpkin and cinnamon balls glazed in honey and served with homemade whip cream
All ingredients used are organic or premium quality
