Ruby Beetroot Ravioli stuffed with Yellow Peppers and Pinenuts, served with rocket and coriander pesto
Live long and prosper carrot and courgette noodles tossed in a rich sundried tomato, basil sauce
The Naked Lasagne - courgette sheets interlaced with red mince of sundried tomatoes & walnuts; you beaut Aussie bechamel; green pesto of fragrant herbs
Cacao pistachio florentine and mint ice cream sandwich
