just checked out your menu, sounds intriguing and hope to get along sometime as I am reporting on other supperclubs for my blog and book. Unfortunately all your dates are when I'm cooking myself...
yes would love to taste your teas.
Great to see a little hub of supperclubs starting in Brighton.
Soon I will host a seminar at The Underground Restaurant giving the benefit of my advice to 'newbies'...watch my blog for details....x
Thankyou... I am based in Brighton and will be hosting Vintage Afternoon Tea regularly and would
love you and your friends to attend.
Lots of pretty mismatched china ware to drink and eat off with lots of sweet things to eat. I also do
a regular supper night. All will be listed on on the supper club website or lovepoppyfood.blogspot.com if your interested.
Hi, good to hear from you. Your menu sounds great... actually Chris, the other half of Loco Dining, is a non-meat eater, so it'll be right up his street. We're already busy this weekend unfortunately...
As for advice - make sure you have plenty of booze put aside for yourself, if not during, then definitely afterwards :)
Hi Purple Sprouting Eater, Ferretneck here. Last night I cooked roast pork with apple sauce, carrots, brussel sprouts and pilau rice. We also had some gratin potatoes and vanilla icecream to finish. I would love to do a supperclub soon, but have the problem of tricky neighbours - so if you want to share, let me know. Ferretneck refers to an old coat with a bit of fur around the collar worn circa 1981. love sue
