We’re repeating our ‘flavours of the Maghreb’ theme for our next supper club. Menu:
~ Shorba (Algerian vegetable and chickpea soup with a dash of harissa)
~ Marrakech slow-cooked lamb shoulder with prunes, lamb kofta, vegetable tagine and couscous
~ Saffron and cardamom panna cotta with mint sugar oranges and pomegranate
~ Mint tea, ghoriba (almond macaroons) and almond snowballs
