We'll be repeating our citrus-themed menu (which went down very well!) for our next supper club:
~ Citrus parsnip soup with rosemary hazelnut topping, Parmesan pink pepper biscuit, home-made malted grain bread
~ Roast belly pork with marmalade and verjuice glaze, rhubarb and plum relish, seasonal vegetables
~ Clementines in Cointreau syrup, lemon buttermilk pudding, citrus sorbet
~ Coffee/tea, chestnut meringues.
Suggested contribution £22. BYOB.
