Our December "Italian Table" in the Pebblebed Tasting Cellar will offer a simple, warming festive meal of homecooked foods to celebrate the start of the holidays. The evening will kick off with a Bellini cocktail, then guests will settle down cosily on the Pebblebed trestle tables (and, since our evenings are always popular, it really is very cosy).

Crostino di fegatini
Tuscan style chicken liver on a sourdough crostino
Zuppa di farro
A warming winter soup made with local vegetables and cracked spelt
Insalata mista, patatine arrostite
Shortribs of Devon beef slow-braised in Chianti with tons of black pepper
roast potatoes, mixed salad
Mousse di cioccolato
Italian chocolate mousse
Wines from the Vino cellar.
Cost £25 for 3 courses including a Bellini (£20 for Club Vino members).
