酱牛肉 - Slow cooked beef with Chinese herbs and spices
素丸子 - Fried vegetable balls
凉拌三丝 - Three treasure salad (Tofu, Carrot and Fen Si)
Main Course
饺子 - Traditional dumplings: 1) pork and Chinese leaf, and 2) vegetarian dumplings.
泡菜 - Assorted pickled vegetables
Dessert
鸡尾包 - Cocktail buns
