In a few sentences tell us something about yourself: I work full time as a HR Manager in Auckland as well as running a small (but hopefully growing) culinary school in Muriwai called the Gourmet Gannet. I also have a look Blog called Peasepudding which also keeps me busy and pushes me to try new recipes! When I’m not blogging, cooking or working, or perhaps that should be the other way around, I like to spend as much time in the ocean when conditions permit doing one of my new found passions, surfing. It keeps me fit, gives a great adrenalin rush and burns off all those dessert calories!
