Looking round the SupperClub site, I don't see many/any (!) clubs in this part of the country and that's real shame as we have some of the best local produce anywhere.
We have fewer people than sheep & the sea hugs the land throughout the county and region with some amazing sea food.

It seems that the Supper Club phenomenon is quite a Southern England thing... at least I haven't seen any Supper Club members much further north than Manchester.
Why might that be?
Are we too mean to invite strangers to our home?
There are apocryphal quotes heard from the Scottish such as these two
