I'm new to the site but considering opening my ex-council flat for anyone who are desperate for some Chinese/Oriental home cooking. I also teaches how to make cupcakes professionally.

My boyfriend's favourite dishes are:

Handmade Pork and Chives dumplings
Wintermelon soup with fried fish cake
Spicy bean sauce tofu with minced pork
Soft (but cooked) egg with marinated chicken served with rice
Handmade sushi
Miso Soup

and my signature cupcakes:
Red Bean paste Vanilla Cupcakes
Green Tea cupcakes
and variours Oriental bun such as Cocktail bun and pineapple bun
