I’m writing a cooking blog www.cookingetc.co.uk to share my passion for cooking etc., that is to say my passion for cooking and everything related to it: eating, discovering new food, new ways of enjoying it, travelling through food, new tools, restaurants, cooking trends…

To me, cooking is a unique way to show people you care about them and to spend great time together. By sharing my recipes I want not only to share with you the opportunity to experiment the pleasure and joy of preparing and eating them, but above all the opportunity to surprise and ravish the people you’re cooking for.

I hope you’ll enjoy reading my blog as much as I enjoy writing it!
