- Indian fusion supperclub nestled in an idyllic Berkshire village only 30 mins from London.
I used to work for the BBC and then NBC Universal in NYC until 2008. I left that arena and have since moved on to be a yoga teacher, massage therapist and currently training to be an Ayurvedic doctor which is Indian's original holistic healthcare system. Many of the approaches that Ayurveda uses are being introduced into Western healthcare and food nutrition is at the forefront.
My aim is to show everyone how to cook healthy and nutritious Indian fusion meals which have an Ayurvedic focus. This means learning about healthy foods and good food combinations that optimise and balance our health - physically, emotionally and spiritually.
