My name is Patricia, I liked to be called Trish. I was born in Jamaica and moved to yorkshire when i was six years old. Im married to Trevor for thirty six years and two beautiful daughters. Yes were very much foodies. I am not a chef but ive cooked from the age of sixteen.Having brought up in a Jamaican house hold mum made sure that i learned to cook. over the years people have either asked me to cook for them, or asked for my recipes. When I bought your book I thought why not try my own supper club!My family have pushed me to go for it. Yes I too can cook. I love feeding people and love to see the satisfaction on peoples faces when they taste my food. My food is about taste and flavours. I hope you're well. My name is Bex and I'm currently working as an Assistant Producer on a brand new television series for ITV called 'Culinary Genius' made by Gordon Ramsay's production company Studio Ramsay.
