When I’m not on the street making Taco Rice, I host regular supper clubs in intimate venues around East London. My cooking style is influenced by my Japanese and French parents who are both great home cooks. From them, I inherited my love for spicy food, and respect for the power of simple, honest cooking paired with good company. The menu varies every time but it’s always based on Japanese comfort food, with my own twist on each dish. Our supper clubs are inclusive, casual and friendly so grab a friend and a bottle of sake and join us for dinner!
