In a few sentences tell us something about yourself: My passion for cooking developed 6 years ago when working front of house for a catering company in the city. Feeling that I had a lot more to offer back of house, I became a commis chef, elevated to a chef de partie, went on to gain experience in several restaurants before venturing out alone and working as a private chef. Now I am currently in the process of developing my own street food business which isn't easy but worth every thought and action! :)

New beginnings :)

Good morning beautiful like minded people :)

My activity on this site has been pretty much nil pois over the past how many months, so I do sincerely apologise to those of you who have checked out my profile only to have seen what is in my opinion-not much at all!

However...I am please to announce that after a lot of grafting, moaning, eating and drinking (this helps after a hard days work) I am finally on my way to setting up my street food/supper club :)
