In a few sentences tell us something about yourself
I have just returned to the UK after spending a year out in NZ where I have set up, along with my brother, a business importing and selling english food and household items. I love my food, but I am definitely a better eater of finished items than I am a cook. My favourite cookbooks are those written by Nigel Slater and Yotam Ottolenghi
