Lovingly run by a husband and wife team who are self professed food obsessives, having spent years working in our country's restaurants and bars they are hugely passionate about locally sourced, hand selected ingredients from the heart of rural Somerset.
Menus are put together balancing a mix of local farm produce, wild food and home grown veggies to make unpretentious, delicious restaurant quality food in an intimate secret setting

Parmesan pepper bites with wild garlic (v)
Pea and wild mint soup with crispy pancetta and chive creme fraiche (made without pancetta and creme fraiche to suit)
Wild catch of the day with a mustard vinaigrette and char grilled baby leeks
(Early reports show that John Dory looks likely but this will be determined at the market on Saturday morning so is subject to change)
Pork belly served with a mustard creme sauce, parsnip puree on a bed of steamed pak…
