The Menu this weekend
Parmesan pepper bites with wild garlic (v)
Pea and wild mint soup with crispy pancetta and chive creme fraiche (made without pancetta and creme fraiche to suit)
Wild catch of the day with a mustard vinaigrette and char grilled baby leeks
(Early reports show that John Dory looks likely but this will be determined at the market on Saturday morning so is subject to change)
Pork belly served with a mustard creme sauce, parsnip puree on a bed of steamed pak choi
OR
Salmon served with a Somerset creme sauce, parsnip puree on a bed of steamed pak choi
Rosewater juice ice with crystallised mint
Ginger and honey mascapone cheesecake served with chocolate praline
Rum soaked prunes
