In a few sentences tell us something about yourself
married to a fisherman (we had our own fishing boat catching creel caught langoustine in the bay where we live) we moved on to successfully running 2 seafood restaurants before beginning our latest venture which is a seafood take-away on the pier by the ferry terminal..we still serve many of the meals which were firm favourites in the restaurants, seafood risotto, whole seabass fried briefly and drizzled with garlic butter, langoustine, squat lobsters and our amazingly renowned fish & chips. NOT BAD FOR A TAKE-AWAY! I am now looking to spend more time at home and enthuse people with a menu that is not just for fish lovers, using Scotland's larder, in our home in the beautifully peaceful hamlet by the beach where we live
