Our next event is Mr H Goes Gorilla in Kyoto where a guest chef supported by the Mr H team will present an authentic Japanese meal. Interest is already increasing rapidly.
29th January 19.30 until 11.30 in Basingstoke 氏はHはゴリラに行く
All our dishes are made from scratch using authentic fresh free range, organic ingredients
Please bring own wine, on this occasion we suggest you bring whatever wine you feel you will enjoy the most with the menu . No corkage is charged.
Hot & Cold Green Tea will be served throughout and we will provide as a thank you from Mr H some Sake whichwill again be served Hot and Cold! As always an Amuse Bouche will appear at some point in the meal.
Our Menu will be:
First Course
A selection of vegetable, fish and chicken Sushi and some Gyoza dumplings
Served with authentic dipping sauces
Second Course
Vegetable Tempura, Prawn Tempura, Okonomiyaki (A very special Japanese Omelette)
Third Course
Ethical Yellow Fin Tuna Sashimi served tartare with wasabi and ginger pastes
Fourth Course
Japanese Curry (Mild) with Katsu(Pork escalope), served with Japanese Rice
Dessert
Chocolate Cake with Green Tea Ice Cream or
Green Tea Cake with Vanilla IceCream
Or both!!!
Followed by Coffee or Tea and homemade Japanese Sweets
