Saturday 26th February - 19.30 to 23.30 in Basingstoke
All our dishes are made from scratch using fresh free range, organic ingredients
Please bring own wine (Even Berry Bros in Basingstoke don’t seem to stock a Moroccan wine even though Morocco is a great producer given it’s French Colonial past) We suggest light refreshing whites for the 1st course and dessert and deep spicy reds for the main.
No Corkage is charged and we will be serving Mint Tea throughout

Welcome Cocktail and Canapes

Glazed Lamb Cutlets with carrot and tahini puree
Moroccan Spiced Chicken and/or Spiced Vegetables served in brik pastry with saffron aoli
Mini Vegetable skewers served with a saffron and mint yoghurt dip
First Course
A Mezze selection comprising
Mini Shish Kebabs marinated in Moroccan Spices, Laban dip, Aubergine with Feta Cheese,
Chicken Bisteeya, Carrot Salad with Orange and Cummin, Spinach Salad, Moroccan Flat Breads.
Tagine Course
3 Tagines will be delivered to each table
3 Bean Chicken Kid*
Served with: Spiced Aubergine & Potato Hash, Moroccan Vegetables and Jeweled Couscous.
A selection of Desserts
Honey Cinnamon Oranges, Moroccan Cake, Baklava
Followed By:
Moroccan Coffee with Moroccan Delight and Petit Fors
*Please note, although I have sourced Kid from an ethical producer I may serve tender goat.
