First of all, we would like to welcome all new members and friends of
The French House, and thank you for your interest and your support. We
are really pleased to see the community grow and spread the word... and
we are looking forward to meeting you all at our table!

trying to convince them to forget about ethics and macrobiotic, and eat
foie gras and offal... any tips?

Hello marmitelover, i am the other half of thefrenchhouse, nz.
I can't not ask, why???? They are lovely!!!!
I understand you are a pescaterian, but, my goodness you are missing something wonderful, forgive me, I am a chef and it is just in my nature to feed people the best food available, and that (for me) is the foie gras and offal.
