Mashed green banana serve with fresh Cornish Cod flaked and cooked in a light n spicy herb sauce topped with cucumber chutney

Bajan Muffins & Papaya Cream

Fluffy and sweetly spiced fried muffins with my homemade papaya cream

These dishes goes down really well with my own Mount Gay rum punch so there will be some available.
