Brazil’s food is as diverse as its people. Mama Roberta’s street food menu will include her favourite ‘snack picks’ from all over the country!
Your palette will take a culinary tour of Brazil in this very special evening – from the African influences of north to the Portuguese in the south!
SUPPER CLUB FUN
* Interactive cooking presentation
* Take-home cards with select recipes and step-by-step instructions
* Private dining experience to feast over your culinary creations
* Welcome drinks and nibbles with fellow cooking enthusiasts
Do you love to cook and want to join Roberta in the kitchen? She would be delighted to have you! There are 2 spots available for ‘Mama’s helper’. You will be Roberta’s helper for the night, and will gain exclusive access to her family recipes. Email firstname.lastname@example.org after booking to express your interest in being Mama’s helper!
Please note: this is a CWM supperclub. Mama’s helpers will be able to get involved with the cooking. Other attendees are welcome to watch – you might even be asked to chop an onion or two!
ABOUT COOKING WITH MAMA
Cooking With Mama is a cookery school with a twist! We create opportunities for people to unite in kitchens led by women who have mastered intricate home cooking skills from cultures around the world. Using food as an instrument for social change, we also aim to empower women with confidence and work readiness skills to achieve their highest potential. Cooking with Mama is the only cooking school that works with unemployed or underemployed women as leaders of our cooking classes.
