Pan fried wild catch of the day (depending on the catch - Hake is looking good at the minute) served on a salad of griddled courgettes and drizzled with free range Dorset chorizo and black olives.

Stuffed organic chicken thighs served on a bed of homegrown spinach, crushed, buttered new potatoes and served with saffron cream sauce
