Gazpacho with avocado and coriander iced cubes and focaccia bread (v)

Pan fried wild catch of the day (depending on the catch - Hake is looking good at the minute) served on a salad of griddled courgettes and drizzled with free range Dorset chorizo and black olives.

OR

Roasted Aubergine towers with manchego cheese and home grown tomatoes

Stuffed organic chicken thighs served on a bed of homegrown spinach, crushed, buttered new potatoes and served with saffron cream sauce

OR

Cous cous, pine nut and apricot stuffed baby bell peppers served with a saffron cream sauce.

Wild Elderflower crushed ice

Salted chocolate and carmel torte

Penny tankards

And all for a suggested donation of £30, allowing us to donate to the Avon Wildlife Trust and Amnesty International
