Event Description

Lantern Festival, also known as Tang Yuan Festival ("second New Year"), takes place on the fifteenth day of the first moon – last in a series of springtime celebrations in China.

It's the perfect occasion for families to get together to celebrate the festival by having yummy-licious food and of course, tang yuan (little round sweet rice balls which symbolises wholeness and unity)!

Please bring your own drinks.

松肉 Song Rou – Fried Chinese five spiced beef wrapped in crispy Tofu skin
素松肉 Su Song Rou – Fried vegetarian cake wrapped in crispy Tofu skin
拌海带 Ban Hai Dai – Seaweed salad
肉包子 Rou Bao Zi – Pork buns
素包子 Su Bao Zi – Vegetarian buns
汤圆 Tang Yuan – Sweet sticky rice balls in syrup
