For our next dinner we will be cooking up dishes from Beijing’s ‘Cow Street’. 

Cow street is an amazing market street in West Beijing specialising in Muslim snacks.  The most famous being sesame lamb buns, which all Beijingers (Muslim or not) queue up for at lunch time!
