It's nearly Christmas (yes, I said the 'C' word) so I was going to go all out Turkey, but we all know in a couple of weeks no one is going to want to see, eat or smell turkey for another year. So for the last supperclub of the year I'm going Pork Belly with secret garlicky, herby, junipery layer just under the crackling.
In other news... The Secret Sunday Lunch Club has a beautiful shiny new website! I am very excited about this and has been a long time in the making, but after 4 years I thought it time for a bit of an update.
