Hello Secret Sunday Lunch Clubbers!

Spring is in the air and I can just smell the garlic and herbs for this months Spring Lamb.

Sunday 7th April

To Start:
A Nibble and a Tipple to get you in the mood

The Main Event:
Roast Spring Shoulder of Lamb with Wild Herb Stuffing
Crushed Roasted New Jersey Royal Potatoes
Cauliflower Pureé with Caramelised Shallots
Purple Sprouting Broccoli
Creamed Savoy Cabbage & Morel Mushroom Parcels
Vichy Carrots with Crème Fraîche
Mint Sauce
