Our next supper club will be on Thursday 26th May, with the following provisional menu:
(the allotment has been flourishing with all this warm weather, so there should be some fresh, organic produce included)
~ Beetroot and rhubarb slad with blue cheese and pomegranate dressing
~ Lamb loin fillet in a herb crust, seasonal vegetables
~ Mango and cardamom pudding with fresh Alphonso mango
~ Coffee/tea, chocolate truffles
