Breaking News! This Supperclub thing is catching. My husband is going to be guest chef on 20th & 21st May. He will be cooking his delicious Pork Wellington served with Savoy cabbage and a port and red wine jus, for guests booking in May - a huge favourite already with friends and family

Had a Royal Wedding Party for family and friends (some were Supper in the Suburbs friends also) and used a fab new cooking system called a Marika (not sure about spelling) Basically it is a huge gas wok and caters for large numbers! Can be used inside or out. Cooked ginger and soy sauce prawns, spicy minty lamb&honey and mustard chicken. Everything really tender and tasty! Every one said it was a great success. This whole supperclub thing is all new to me and it is so exciting to discover what is going on all over the country.
