Just finished making a batch of lime curd for next week's Scratch Secret Supper. Hope I can hold off eating the vat of it til then. Early production might have been a mistake. Hmmm.

Anyway this is a great recipe so I thought I'd share...

4-6 limes, zest and juice

200g caster sugar

100g butter, cut into cubes

3 eggs, plus egg…

Hi all.  Very new to this thing, but I've very nearly finished building my own website to promote 'Scratch'.  Phew!  Another day or so I think.

Thought I'd share it with you though as it was a bit tricky, but not nearly as tough as I had thought it might be and I would recommend it if you've got reasonable computer literacy.  I built it on Wordpress -…
