We have THE A TEAM here in the kitchen at Tisbury for this very special event. Marwood Yeatman will be cooking wild and foraged foods for the main course for our supper club evening this coming FRIDAY 18th NOV. Marwood's 'The Last Food of England' is a frightfully interesting book with detailed descriptions on producers still doing it in the old fashioned way. Wild birds and venison cooked to perfection, cavolo nero, game chips and lots more, a three course dinner with free cocktails and canapes. We'll get the best antique china out, polish the silver, iron the Damask and put another log on the fire.
