Would this work as menu addition? Dinner- Cumberland Sausage with Truffle Mash and Potato Wafer

Is a sausage and Mash dish acceptable for a supper club...i would like to think so...

I have just been informed by my bestest friend HMC that its 12 weeks till Christmas, so I need to have a test kitchen and prepare my Christmas Dinner opportunity...will be doing my first event in for halloween, 2nd on bonfire week and then 2 more pre Christmas so I should be ready for BIG things in 2013

any help, advice, support, thoughts, recipes...any help I can give back to anyone am happy to do free in return

Perfect thanks, had added truffle and and a little truffle oil....will start to make my own sausages.......

sausage and mash is perfectly acceptable if both have a little extra special something about them - home-made sausages of course and for the mash, something to make it interesting like loads of good olive oil, or make it into an Aligot (with loads of cheese - and I mean loads!) or emmenthal and mustard, or make it a striking colour by mixing beetroot puree or spinach puree in it.
