Head up top for a lesson in topcuts.

Discover the best of British rare breed beef with ‘SMITHS’ Executive Chef Tony Moyse.

Watch tony break down a rump and loin and learn where your favourite cuts come from.

Gain useful tips on buying, butchering, preparing and cooking beef.

Afterwards, sit down to enjoy a four course rare breed beef tasting menus

with fine wines selected and introduced by Liberty Wines expert, David Gleave (MW).

 

Tickets are £65pp, available from Design My Night, and include a welcome glass of Champagne & canapés

followed by 4 courses and wine matches in the Top Floor Restaurant & Roof Terrace
