From the market stand to the dinner table
Brought together through a shared passion for food, we started our first food stand selling our signature slow-cooked brisket sandwich.
Learning from this experience, we are now bringing new ideas that have been tried and improved over the past year.
On November 21st we'll bring you five plates resulting from a thoughtful development process, including great flavours and fantastic quality. Solely using a 'British larder' the food you'll be enjoying will have come from just a few miles away, taking advantage of the most resourceful regions of Great Britain.
We will be serving you in the unconventional space of the Blackhorse market, hoping to bring you an joyful and surprising experience.
