The Menu

Complimentary welcome drink

Oak smoked trout mousse with salmon caviar & fresh herbs

Kidderton ash goat’s cheese, endive, pear, walnut, apple balsamic jelly

British red gurnard, romesco sauce, roasted vegetables, basil hollandaise


Honey roasted guinea fowl breast, chanterelle mushrooms, purple potato puree, port jus, bacon crumbs, wilted spinach, micro herbs

Blood orange panna cotta, mint roasted rhubarb, vanilla shortbread

Tea and Coffee

£45 Per Person (£10 deposit required)

Delicious matched wines available for another £20 Per Person

Bring your own drinks if you wish

Menu inspired by my work at The Ledbury, 2 michelin star restaurant in London. Event is hosted by fantastic country house venue Faygate Place 

If you don't want to travel after the event, double rooms at Faygate Place available with breakfast from only £70.
