Our next supperclub is on the 31st of January.
The theme is Indochine, exploring French-Vietnamese cuisine.
We will have canapes and cocktails followed by four courses of Indochine food, then coffee/tea and truffles, for a suggested donation of £30 per person.
Expect lovely subtle flavours, lots of fresh herbs and interesting recipes that show a strong link between French and Vietnamese cuisine. Tea smoked duck breast, Chicken Ballotine with vietnamese herbs, Lemongrass skewered meats and so on...
We will offer a vegetarian options for all courses. Please let us know in advance of that or other dietary preferences
We are finalising the menu and will publicise that soon, but if you are interested please let me know by email as we want to give as much notice as possible.
It will be a small event. Our last event went was such fun. We are really hoping the next one has the same lovely atmosphere!
