Very new cuisine in the Supper Club scene. These dishes come from an area of 1,192 little islands and atolls in the Indian ocean about 500 miles South West of Sri Lanka. It goes with out saying that seafood is the staple food for the islanders. I am told that fish in these islands are regarded as a vegetarian food.
Come and enjoy a three course dinner based on seafood, an experience not to be missed.
