Cocktail: St Germain Elderflower Fizz
Starter: Fresh Salmon, Coriander & Lime Patty with Mint Pistou and Roasted Zucchini
Main: Mustard, Garlic & Rosemary Marinated Pork Fillet, Green Olive Tapenade, Roasted Pear, Red Capsicum and Spinach
Dessert: Jaffa Pudding with Warm Chocolate Sauce and Creme Fraiche
To Finish: Fresh Mint Tea + Peanut Brittle
