The fourth instalment of the Tacochu supper club series is a Spring-themed five-course dinner with sake, tunes and good company. Following from the success of our Seafood Feast, we're back to celebrate the return of sunshine and all the delicious ingredients that come with it. The menu is based on Hanami, the boozy Japanese tradition of cherry blossom gazing reserved for the few weeks of the year that they're in full bloom. Scroll down for the full menu.

Of course it wouldn't be Hanami without good, quality sake. Oliver Hilton-Johnson from Tengu Sake will be joining us on the night to provide a perfectly paired sample to kick-start your evening. Tengu Sake represents the most esteemed, award-winning Japanese kura (breweries) and pride themselves on delivering a delicious and authentic taste of Japan to the UK. 

Tacochu's Hanami will be graced by the musical touch of East London's newest eurasian DJ duo, Bas & Trent. They will be plating up their favourite jams (as in tunes, not preserves) to be served with a flourish alongside each of our five Japanese courses.
