Yet another great session of some good old Bajan cooking and good atmosphere.
What's in store for June, thinking creative here is what I came up with. Colors, taste, presentation and atmosphere.

-Octopus & Anchovy Speciale-
(Fresh giant octopus rings grilled and served in a special salad with anchovies)
Main
-Grilled Red Snapper with Purple Potatoes-
(Fresh red snapper steaks seasoned and grilled, served with mashed purple potatoes, artichokes and asparagus)
Dessert
-Mixed Up Melissa-
(Homemade blueberry and papaya frozen yogurt n cream with caramelized fried plantain)
