In a few sentences tell us something about yourself
The Viand started in 2005 in Venice CA and ran monthly until mid-2007. We had four episodes in Boston in 2008 and 2009, two in Wellington NZ in 2009, and we've just hosted our first in Sydney, where we will continue.
Our focus is enticing people to buy direct from local farmers and artisan producers. We do this by showing them how spectacular these ingredients are, introducing them to the producers, and demonstrating simple cooking methods.
