On arrival - Manzanilla Magarita with Tortilla, Banderillas Picantes, & Empanadillas

Starters - Tapas Plate (Carmarthen ham, Trealy farm Chorizo, Pinchos Morunos & Gazpacho)

Cinio - Fillet of trout with Nantmor mushrooms and almonds on olive mash

Dessert - Chocolate tart & vanilla ice cream

Caws - Spanish & Welsh Farmhouse cheeses, Pan de Higo, Walnut sourdough & Port

Last  night we held our second ‘swper’. Having already got one under our belt I was really keen to see how this second evening would go and what similarities or differences might pan out. So....

The Guests  - Very fortunate to have great guests again!

What a night. Our first supper club. 10 paying guests, 5 courses and a couple of virgin supper clubbers keen to provide a warm welcome, good food and (hopefully) a unique dining experience.
