I grew up in Shanghai and moved four years ago to the San Francisco Bay
Area to marry an American scientist. In the US I fell in love with cooking in different styles and got a reputation for dinner parties with unusual and delicious menus. Now I have moved to Nottingham with my husband and I want to share my vision of cooking with people here. I am very excited to find out about the Supper Club. It is my dream to make my passion and enthusiasm for food into more than just a hobby. I serve food that is based in authentic Chinese cuisine, but is enhanced by additions from all around the world, including the places I have lived such as Paris. If you want a genuine Chinese dish, come here, and if you want something more, come here as well. We also welcome foodies and cooks to exchange ideas and to enhance our social circle in Nottingham.
