How do I get a hold of 30 sumptious comfortable chairs? Never mind that, how do I get hold of any chairs ? I would rather spend money on gorgoeus ingredients. On the other hand , I want the room to look lovely. Should I hire water jugs or just buy them? What if this, what if that? I am on my third and fourth version of venison casserole (at 22.46 p.m. at night). Perhaps I am taking this too seriously? The question I am currently preoccupied with is how to present a venison casserole that doesn't look like soup on a plate. Is it me- probably. Tomorrow it will be an crisis over pastry... again. I am going to assume (pray) that this all sounds familiar to the more experienced members. With 22 out of 30 places booked for 26th March 2011, lets hope that the Scottish 'can' cook too! Ps if anyone reading this is coming, only joking, it is going to be fab! HW
