Lots to do and think about. I need a spare me. Got chairs though. It helps if you live in the Borders as you then have the potential to know a gamekeeper who has thirty chairs normally used for lunches after a shoot. thanks Sonia and Paul. Apparently , they are covered in mud so might need a wash. Beggars can't be choosers. And as advised, I am attempting to source everything else myself which is going reasonably well. What else?  Plan to make ice cream today and my fifth version of venison casserole. Nearly there, just checking. I often end up never wanting to see things I have cooked alot for events , something I thought I would never say about sweet shortcrust pastry! Well I have to eat it too to make practising cost effective! And, would you believe,  I think I may be nearly fully booked. Great.
